This job was to increase the current loft hatch by about 50%. The owner wanted the widest hatch available to get his bulky items up into the loft. We fitted a 70cm/120cm Fakro bi-folding loft ladder. He also wanted us to fit a safety fence and hand rail to help him and his wife get in and out of the loft safely.
This job was done in a detached 1970’s bungalow.
