This is an example of fitting a custom built hatch and 3 stage Easiway Youngman loft ladder in a 1950’s terrace on Dormington Road, Kingstanding, Birmingham, B44.
These guys wanted easy access and extra storage in their loft. They had 200mm of insulation which they did not want squashed down so we built a floating frame over the top of their insulation and boarded on top. This allowed adequate room for the insulation and loft to breath.
