In a 3 bed a 1990's period semi-detached house on Beech Farm Croft, Northfields, Birmingham.
This was a simple job. The customer wanted a draft proof loft hatch that was well insulated and an easy to use lightweight loft ladder. She only wanted to use it occasionally around Christmas and holidays and so didn't want to spend a lot on it. The UPVC hatch and 3 section ladder works perfectly for every day use, or once or twice a year. At £275 supplied and fitted this was a great choice.
